Estate Priorities
For the estate to have a registered TRA
Repaint the road markings to help reduce parking on double yellow lines, pavements and hatched areas
Consult residents on whether they would like the estate to have controlled parking
Installation of bollards to ensure access for emergency vehicles
Refurbish the children’s play area.
To consider installation of bin enclosures to house the recycle bins.
Work closely with the local Safer Neighbourhood Team to tackle ASB on the estate
