Tenants’ and residents’ association
Work with the resident participation team to try to establish a viable TRA.
Grounds
Consult with residents to gauge interest about expanding the residents’ gardening activities to encourage more residents to work together to improve the environment.
Communal Areas
Repaint the main vehicle gate along Brixton Hill (the vehicle gate accessing Baytree Road is newly installed and painted)
Review the block signage particularly floor numbering so that it is clear and legible.
Check the guttering and clear debris from low parts of the building structure such as sheds and bin areas.
Renew parts of the fencing along the Baytree Road estate access road as currently gaps make it possible for unauthorised access to the rear areas of Arlington Lodge.
Remove old notice boards in each block and provide new ones.
Estate Walkabout
The housing officer to carry out monthly walkabouts on the estate to which all residents will be invited.
