Estate Priorities
Bonham Estate Action Plans:
Evelyn House:
- Play area to be remodeled and resurfaced. Target Date for completion: February 2020
- Estate parking infront of evelyn house: Re - painted parking bay lines, Increase scheduled visits by parking enforcement. Target Date: January 2020
Evelyn House/ Diana House:
- Bin Rooms to be locked for access only for Cleaners/ Veolia Contractors. Target Date for completion: December 2019 - Work order has been raised for locks to be installed.
Fly tipping hot spot infront of Diana House:
- Current Proposal from surveyor - Raise metal fence and insert gate for access only for contractors/Neighbourhood Housing Officer. Target Date for completion: February 2020
Empty space beside Clare House:
- Current Proposal from surveyor - Remove current wood fencing. Replace with metal fencing and metal gate for access only. Target date for completion: February 2020
- Current bulk waste to be cleared. Target Date for completion: December 2020
