Estate Priorities
These were submitted at a virtual meeting with the TRA on 28 January 2021.
Proposed estate action plan items:
● Paint the railings, keystones and bollards
● Graffiti removal
● Remove staining from the side of the building
● Allow access to the playground to all residents (not solely Marie Lloyd Court)
● Improve the playground
● Solar panels
● Green projects - such as wildlife planting to encourage bee and bird habitats/allotment
● Additional planting throughout the estate in areas to be identified
● Trees three trees from the rear George Lashwood Court
● Repair work to the house eaves
● Antisocial behaviour - Add fencing or other preventative measures to stop people
congregating/drug taking at base of the tree near Daisy Dormer Court
● Removal of old notices - included the notice of works outside Neilson Terry Court
