Estate Priorities
Internal decorations in the communal area, specifically Radwell, Langbourne and Fleet House - September 2020.
Repairs to windows in the communal area- some windows have damage fire damage on them and are missing handles- December 2019.
Many issues with the chute in Fleet house causing it to smell, ensure regular cleaning is carried out- On-going
Rats in the bin sheds particulary around Langbourne and Fleet House - October 2019
Install bicycle storage facilities to discourage residents leaving bikes in the communal area -April 2020.
