Leak occuring on 17th floor of Ebenezer - works in process to fix bath of property leak is coming from and trickling down properties aligning it below - aim of completion March 2020.

Flooding on mezzanine due to blocked drained pipes and no proper draining facility (gullies). Gutters may also need clearing to reduce flow of flooding in heavy rain - aimed completion: Jan 2021

Fire door being used inappropriately by bins - warning signs on door is not enough of a deterent. Request for an alarm to be fitted to the door - aimed completion: June 2020.
Pram sheds - mainly within Hurley House were given to the first floor tenants of whom have 1 bedroom properties as extra storage but, following the Grenfell incident the council took them back and are therefore no longer in use. Tenant woud like to know if it is now possible to rent them out - aimed completion: Sept 2020
Bike lockers placed on mezzanine of estate for residents to rent has also been requested, CCTV put in lifts on mezzanine as before the lift refurbishment, CCTV was initial in place - aimed completion: Sept 2020
