Estate Priorities
Replacing of panels under windows and solar panels on side of building - fire safety measure following Grenfell incident - being dealt with my Andrew Marshall aimed completion: 2020.
CCTV footage not working and need to connection with TMOs - Mid 2022
Audit of ceiling tiles within all blocks should be carried out and replaacements made where applicable in bulk which would be more economical. aimed completion: 2020.
Parking in front of Ward Point by emergency fire point and road restriciton. Spoken to Paul Gunter and awaiting quote for yello hatch markings - aimed completion: June 2020
