Estate Priorities
Play area is in poor condition, the surface is slippery with moss build up. There is a large piece of climbing equipment that has rotted and needs urgent replacement. Obtain quotes
The tarmac area is in poor condition with multiple trip hazards, repair trip hazards.
Bin area is poorly designed and subject to repeated arson causing risk to residents homes
Some of the communal planted beds are sparse and could be improved. However for this to be successful we would need input from residents
Two of the communal entrance doors are in poor condition
